1. Shaders
Jade Scale
I changed the base color values and transparency to improve the Jade scale shader and to create a better match to the base Jade dragon. I made the base color less saturated and increased the transparency value to match better with the base Jade material. Good subsurface quality was difficult to achieve since the scale object is so small.
Tree Branch
I lowered the roughness significantly after realizing I went too far with it last week and also getting some feedback.
2. After Effects preset creation for teammates / Team Breakdown Wipes
Over the weekend I started working on the breakdown material for the press kit, and I offered the team to help set up the text box for the breakdown wipe labels. The look I proposed was to have a box with half opacity and white text.
